As artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, demographic shifts, and changing labour markets redefine how we learn, work, and create value, the need to equip Africa's youth has never been greater. FOWA was established in response to this challenge — to ensure that young Africans are not merely participants in the future of work but active contributors and leaders shaping it.
We believe that talent is universal, but access to opportunities is not. Too many young people across Africa remain disconnected from the scholarships, fellowships, internships, jobs, mentorship, and learning pathways that can unlock their full potential.
